CAMPBELL, Calif. — eBay announced a series of executive changes in anticipation of its split from PayPal, including Hal Lawton to head up eBay’s North American operations. Most recently Home Depot’s senior VP of hardlines, Lawton was previously president and senior VP for Home Depot’s online channels. The planned separation of eBay and PayPal will take place in the second half of this year.
