IMG_2881MISSISSAUGA, Ont. — The LBMAO presented its 28th annual Industry Achievement Award to Jim Kenny at its AGM in Orangeville, Ont., last month. As National Sales Manager, he worked with major wholesalers and buying groups across Canada. In 1981, he started Ancris Marketing, a provincial sales agency representing Canadian products to the lumber, building, and hardware industry, and soon after joined the LBMAO. In the mid-1980s he joined the LBMAO Board of Directors and in 1995 joined the association’s staff as Field Services Manager, in which capacity he served until his retirement in 2009.
