INDIANAPOLIS — Lowe’s will invest $20.5 million in a new customer service centre, Indianapolis Business Journal reports. The Mooresville, N.C.-based retailer said it will hire some 1,000 workers for the 140,000 square-foot facility, poised to open early next year. “Indianapolis adds a strategic Midwest location to our network of customer support centres located in North Carolina and New Mexico,” said Don Easterling, Lowe’s VP of contact centres.
